About Nina Feeken
Nina Feeken is a Fertility Coach at ప్రేమమ్ with nearly three years of dedicated experience in women’s health. Before moving into the health field, she worked as an educator, and she now brings that foundational passion for teaching to her work empowering women and couples with knowledge about their reproductive health.
As a Natural Family Planning (NFP) Educator and birth doula, Nina supports individuals through every phase of life, from those seeking to naturally achieve or avoid pregnancy to those navigating pregnancy and postpartum. Her focus is on bridging the gap between data and empowerment, pairing professional expertise with evidence-based guidance for natural conception, avoidance, and postpartum wellness.
A Personal and Proven Path
Nina’s coaching style is deeply rooted in her own lived experience with Natural Family Planning (NFP). For over three years, she has used NFP methods to both naturally achieve and avoid pregnancy, giving her a practical, dual-perspective understanding of cycle tracking.
Premom also played a meaningful role in her own journey to motherhood. By using the app to learn her body’s signals, she conceived her first child early in her trying-to-conceive journey. Her personal experience extends into the postpartum stage as well, having breastfed her child for over two years, which allows her to offer relatable, evidence-based guidance to others on their breastfeeding journeys.
