We’re looking for a seasoned SEO professional who goes beyond rankings — someone who understands how search is evolving across traditional engines, AI-powered discovery, and app ecosystems. You’ll own our end-to-end search visibility strategy across web, app stores, and video, and help future-proof our organic presence in a world increasingly shaped by (GEO) generative AI.
What You’ll Do
Search Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, and technical pillars
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits with clear action plans, resolving Search Console errors and crawl/index issues
- Optimize for organic traffic, SERP rankings, and conversion outcomes
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging search behaviours, including AI-generated answers and zero-click SERPs
Generative & Answer Engine Optimization (GEO / AEO)
- Optimize content to appear in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar platforms
- Structure content with entity clarity, E-E-A-T signals, and schema markup to maximize citation potential
- Monitor brand and content visibility within large language model (LLM) responses
Keyword Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Lead deep keyword research across Google Search, app stores, and YouTube
- Run competitor gap analyses and identify high-opportunity, underserved topics
- Track organic vs. paid growth interplay to inform channel strategy
Multi-Platform Optimization
- App Store Optimization (ASO): keyword strategy, metadata, visuals, and conversion optimization for higher organic installs across iOS and Android
- YouTube SEO: titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlist architecture to boost discovery and watch time
- Programmatic SEO: design and scale templated content strategies for large keyword surfaces (an added advantage)
Content & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with content, design, and development teams to embed SEO best practices across the product and publishing workflow
- Optimize onboarding flows from organic channels with a retention-first mindset
- Develop content briefs aligned to search intent and topical authority
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and ASO/YouTube analytics tools
- Deliver clear insights, ROI reporting, and prioritized recommendations to stakeholders
What You Bring
- 4-5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record of improving organic traffic and rankings
- Strong understanding of search algorithms across Google, app stores, and YouTube
- Working knowledge of GEO/AEO principles and how AI tools surface content
- Excellent analytical skills — comfortable turning data into decisions
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting
