This policy applies to individuals participating in the Premom Affiliate Program.
Easy Healthcare Corporation ("Easy Healthcare", "Premom", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who participate in the Premom Affiliate Program ("Program"). This Affiliate Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information in connection with your participation in the Program.
This Policy should be read alongside the main Easy Healthcare Privacy Policy available at premom.in/privacy-policy, which governs our handling of personal information collected through the Premom app and website. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the main Privacy Policy in relation to affiliate data, this Policy prevails.
By applying to or participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you apply to or participate in the Program, we collect personal information that you provide directly, which may include:
- Full name and contact details (email address, phone number, location/city).
- Social media profile URLs and platform handles.
- Creator tier and follower count (self-reported).
- Content niche and audience description.
- Bank account or payment details for commission disbursement.
- Government-issued identification (such as PAN card or Aadhaar number) where required for tax compliance under Indian law.
- Correspondence and communications with the Premom affiliate team.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
In connection with your participation in the Program, we may collect:
- Affiliate link click-through data, including IP addresses and browser/device information of users who click your affiliate links (this data is used to attribute sales and calculate commissions and is not linked to your personal profile).
- Campaign performance data, including views, engagement rates, and conversion metrics associated with your affiliate content.
- Dashboard usage data, including log-in times, pages accessed, and features used within the Affiliate Dashboard.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Affiliate tracking and analytics platforms (such as Impact Tech) that we use to manage the Program.
- Social media platforms, where you have made your profile or performance data publicly available or have connected your account to the Affiliate Dashboard.
- Payment processors (such as Razorpay) for the purpose of verifying and processing commission payments.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
2.1 Program Administration
- To process and evaluate your affiliate application.
- To onboard you as an approved affiliate and provide you with your affiliate link and campaign materials.
- To calculate, verify, and process commission payments.
- To manage your affiliate account and the Affiliate Dashboard.
- To communicate with you about campaign briefs, performance updates, payment statements, and Program changes.
2.2 Performance Tracking and Analytics
- To track clicks, conversions, views, and engagement attributable to your affiliate content.
- To verify that performance metrics meet the criteria for commission eligibility.
- To detect and prevent fraud, including click fraud and artificially inflated engagement.
- To generate aggregate, anonymised reports on Program performance for internal use.
2.3 Compliance and Legal Obligations
- To comply with applicable Indian laws, including tax reporting obligations under the Income Tax Act, 1961 (including TDS deduction where applicable).
- To respond to lawful requests from government authorities or regulators.
- To enforce our rights under the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
2.4 Marketing and Communications
- To send you information about new campaigns, product launches, and Program updates that may be relevant to you.
- To feature your affiliate content (with appropriate credit) in Premom's own marketing materials, subject to your prior consent.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: Processing necessary to administer your participation in the Program and to make commission payments.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws, including tax and financial regulations.
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, Program security, and internal analytics, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
- Consent: Where we request your consent (for example, to use your content in marketing materials), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
4. Sharing of Your Information
4.1 Service Providers
We share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Program. These providers are contractually required to process your data only for specified purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Current service providers relevant to the Affiliate Program include:
- Impact Tech: Affiliate tracking, link management, and commission attribution.
- Razorpay: Payment processing for commission disbursements (India).
- AWS (Amazon Web Services): Secure data storage and hosting.
- Braze: Affiliate communications and campaign messaging (India).
- Atlassian: Internal communication and affiliate support ticket management.
- Zendesk: Affiliate customer support.
4.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information to government authorities, tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts where required by law or in response to a valid legal process, including to comply with TDS reporting obligations under Indian tax law.
4.3 Business Transfers
If Easy Healthcare undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and any changes to this Policy that result from it.
4.4 Aggregated Data
We may share aggregated, anonymised Program performance data with research partners or for marketing purposes. This data does not identify you personally.
4.5 No Sale of Personal Information
Premom does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their independent marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including:
- For the duration of your participation in the Program.
- For a minimum of 7 years after the termination of your participation, where required for tax and financial record-keeping under Indian law.
- For up to 3 years after the end of your participation for fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting india-affiliate@premom.com. We will fulfil deletion requests subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encrypted transmission of data between your browser/device and our servers.
- Role-based access controls limiting access to affiliate personal information to authorised personnel.
- Regular security assessments and monitoring of our affiliate platform and systems.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account credentials and must notify us immediately at india-affiliate@premom.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
- Access: To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: To request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Objection: To object to processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
- Restriction: To request that we restrict processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Portability: To request that we provide your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers
As a global company, Easy Healthcare may transfer your personal information to countries outside India, including to the United States, where our servers and some service providers are located. Where we transfer personal information outside India, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including data processing agreements with our service providers that incorporate applicable standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Affiliate Dashboard and affiliate tracking links use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
- Authenticate your session on the Affiliate Dashboard.
- Track clicks and conversions attributable to your affiliate links for commission calculation.
- Monitor the performance and security of the Affiliate Dashboard.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Affiliate Dashboard or the accuracy of commission tracking.
10. Children
The Premom Affiliate Program is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 in connection with the Program. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18 in connection with the Program, we will delete that information promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered affiliate email address and by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you disagree with any changes, you should cease participation and notify us at india-affiliate@premom.com.
